Amy moved to Arizona from Dayton, Ohio in 1984 to attend Arizona State University. She graduated with a degree in Telecommunications from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism in 1988. It was there that she met her husband, Robert, Principal of The Joffe Group.
Amy has worked side by side with Robert for nearly 30 years creating numerous successful real estate concepts. As a seasoned real estate marketing professional, she controlled a multi million-dollar annual media budget for many years at New Home Concepts, the first mall-based real estate company in the nation. That concept is now duplicated all over the world. She has trained hundreds of realtors in the philosophy of marketing and has created many unique marketing strategies for a host of businesses and clients.
Amy is currently the Director of Marketing for The Joffe Group. She also assists Robert in the daily operations of all facets of the business.
Amy is very involved in the community and has worked helping many non-profit organizations, as well as the Scottsdale School District, Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Arcadia High School and Tavan Elementary School.
She is extremely proud to be married to Robert, and her single biggest achievement in life has been raising two amazing sons, Adam and Jonah.
